Help us keep our outside community cats warm this winter! October 16th is National Feral Cat Day, (now transitioning to Global Cat Day). We’re celebrating it all through October with a food drive at the Haven.

The folks at the PetSmart in Castle Rock are kicking it off with over 2000 cans of food, the second largest donation in their district! Barb Jones and her son Ross take a break from doing the heavy lifting.

Thanks to St. Paws Thrift Store and the Rescue Bank, we’re pretty good on kibble and could really use food in cans right now.

Also, we thank our weekly donations from Walmart, brought to us by Happy Cats friend Pennye!

We’re open 12-4 on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 5-8 on Thursday and 3-6 on Sunday for dropoffs at Happy Cats, 1412 S. 21st Street in Colorado Springs, just south of Highway 24 and 21st Street. We’re also here every morning taking care of the kitties, so just knock! Or call us at 719-362-4600 if you need more information.

We support our community cats and their caretakers year round with our TNRCare program and this allows us to help them out all winter long. Our outside community cats thank you!
