Hi there! I’m Socks! I’m a huge and handsome classic tabby boy with luscious long fur and gentle yellow eyes. With my tufty ears and toes, I look a lot like my Maine Coon cousins, only no fancy papers.
I was brought to Happy Cats when I was found trying to survive outside. I’m much happier indoors and I’m ready to find a loving forever home of my very own!
I may start out as a Funny Valentine, which means I’m a bit on the shy side and may need a little extra time to warm up to you. Please be aware that I will take a little more time to transition in my new home.
Once I’ve gotten to know you, though, you’ll see just how much of a Snuggle Bunny I can be! I love being brushed and having my cheeks scratched, and I’ll make biscuits for you the whole time you’re loving on me!
I also love snuggling with my humans on the couch. My favorite toys are toys I can play by myself with, like balls and catnip mice.
I appreciate a slow and gentle touch when you are petting and a soft tone for sweet talking. I love being told that I am a handsome boy!
I get along really well with other cats, and would do great in a muiti-cat household! As long as the other cats are cat-friendly and respectful, like me. I would probably do best in a home without young children or dogs.
