Little Alex came in from foster care to be neutered and, um, that junk in his trunk? There was no door! His penis had either been damaged or he was born that way, so he had to undergo Perineal Urethostomy (PU) surgery to create an opening. He’s already had to return twice to the vet because the healing has blocked (and hey, have you ever tried to keep a cone on a 4 month old kitten?!).
Like Noel, loving Frank was found trying to survive at a feral colony, his white fur red from trying to keep himself clean with a bleeding mouth. We gave him a serious dental, but now we’re waiting on testing to tell us if suspicious cells there may be cancerous.
We try to ensure that all our cats and kittens are as healthy as possible, but Alex and Frank’s vet bills are approaching $3,000. If you have anything to spare, please consider clicking below to donate. Alex, Frank and all our loving volunteers and staff thank you!
We are a 501(c)3 organization, so your donation is fully tax-deductible. The volunteers and cats thank you!
